أعلنت الإدارة العامة للمدن الجامعية بجامعة بنها بدء سحب وتلقي طلبات الإقامة للطلاب والطالبات بالمدن الجامعية للعام الجامعي 2026/2027، وذلك في إطار استعدادات الجامعة لاستقبال الطلاب الراغبين في الإقامة بمختلف مواقع السكن الجامعي التابعة لها.
وأوضحت الإدارة أن التقديم متاح للإقامة في السكن العادي والسكن المميز بمدن بنها وطوخ ومشتهر وشبرا، بالإضافة إلى السكن الفندقي بمدينة بنها، وكذلك المدينة الجامعية الجديدة ببنها للطلاب والطالبات.
وفيما يتعلق بمواعيد التقديم، أشارت الجامعة إلى أن الطلاب القدامى يمكنهم التقديم خلال الفترة من 1 أغسطس 2026 وحتى 31 أغسطس 2026، بينما يتم فتح باب التقديم لـ الطلاب المستجدين لمدة 15 يومًا من تاريخ إعلان نتيجة كل مرحلة من مراحل التنسيق.
وأكدت الإدارة أن القبول سيتم وفق معايير المفاضلة المعتمدة؛ حيث يتم اختيار الطلاب القدامى وفقًا للأعلى تقديرًا ثم الأبعد مسافة، بينما تكون الأولوية للطلاب المستجدين بحسب الأبعد مسافة ثم الأعلى مجموعًا ثم الأصغر سنًا. كما حددت الجامعة 50 كيلومترًا كحد أدنى للمسافة المطلوبة للقبول بالسكن العادي.
وفي إطار التحول الرقمي وتيسير الإجراءات، دعت الإدارة الطلاب إلى التقديم إلكترونيًا عبر موقع الزهراء للمدن الجامعية، ثم طباعة استمارة التقديم واستيفاء واعتماد البيانات من الطالب وولي الأمر والكلية والضامن، وسداد رسوم طلب الالتحاق والكشف الطبي إلكترونيًا من خلال لوحة تحكم الطالب.
وشددت الجامعة على ضرورة تسليم الاستمارة الورقية المعتمدة إلى إدارة الإسكان بالإدارة العامة للمدن الجامعية بكفر سعد لاستكمال إجراءات القبول، مؤكدة أنه لن يتم النظر في أي طلب إلكتروني غير مستوفٍ للمستندات الورقية المطلوبة.
كما نبهت الإدارة إلى أهمية الاحتفاظ بالرقم القومي وكلمة المرور المستخدمة أثناء التسجيل، ورفع صورة شخصية على الموقع، واستخراج بطاقة "فيزا بنكية" باسم الطالب، مع ضرورة تطابق عنوان الطالب مع عنوان ولي الأمر. وأشارت إلى أن الكشف الطبي سيتم خلال شهر سبتمبر 2026 وفق جدول زمني سيُعلن عنه لاحقًا.
وتأكد الإدارة العامة للمدن الجامعية احتفاظها بحق رفض الطلبات التي تتضمن بيانات غير صحيحة واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة، متمنية لجميع الطلاب والطالبات إقامة جامعية آمنة ومتميزة وعامًا دراسيًا ناجحًا.

The General Administration of University Dormitories at Benha University has announced the start of receiving accommodation applications for male and female students in the university dormitories for the academic year 2026/2027, as part of the university's preparations to welcome students wishing to reside in various university housing locations.
The administration clarified that applications are available for regular accommodation and premium accommodation in the cities of Benha, Toukh, Moshtohor, and Shubra, in addition to hotel accommodation in Benha city, as well as the new university city in Benha for male and female students.
Regarding the application dates, the university indicated that returning students can apply from August 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026, while applications for new students will be open for 15 days from the date of announcing the results of each stage of coordination.
The administration confirmed that acceptance will be based on approved selection criteria; returning students will be selected based on the highest grades and then the farthest distance, while priority for new students will be given to those who are farthest away, then the highest total, and then the youngest in age. The university has set a minimum distance of 50 kilometers as a requirement for acceptance into regular accommodation.
In the context of digital transformation and facilitating procedures, the administration urged students to apply electronically through the Zahraa website for university dormitories, then print the application form and complete and certify the data from the student, guardian, college, and guarantor, and pay the application fee and medical examination electronically through the student control panel.
The university emphasized the necessity of submitting the approved paper form to the Housing Administration at the General Administration of University Dormitories in Kafr Saad to complete the acceptance procedures, confirming that no electronic application will be considered without the required paper documents.
The administration also highlighted the importance of keeping the national ID number and password used during registration, uploading a personal photo on the website, and obtaining a "bank visa" card in the student's name, ensuring that the student's address matches that of the guardian. It was noted that the medical examination will take place in September 2026 according to a schedule that will be announced later.
The General Administration of University Dormitories reserves the right to reject applications that contain incorrect data and take the necessary legal actions, wishing all male and female students a safe and distinguished university residence and a successful academic year.
