Overall Aims of Course:

The aim of this course is to provide state-of-the-art educational information of pet animal diseases and their treatment that are most commonly affecting dogs and cat in Egypt. This will enable students to gain skills for accurate diagnosis and treatment of these disease problems in dogs and cats. This course helps to control diseases and prevent disease mortalities in valuable breeds of pets. Another important aim is to identify pet animal diseases transmittable to human (zoonotic importance) and methods of prevention of transmission of these diseases.
